About the Site

This Site provides information about Axxon’s KYB/AML compliance product and lets you contact us. It does not provide the product itself, and nothing on it is an offer, a binding quote, or professional, legal, or compliance advice.

Using the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways. Information you submit through our contact form must be accurate and yours to share.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, logos, and the Axxon name — are owned by Axxon Labs Inc. and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

The Site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be accurate, complete, or available without interruption.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axxon Labs Inc. is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
