Axxon Labs Inc. (“Axxon”, “we”, “us”) operates axxon.app. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we handle it, in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Information we collect

We only collect the information you choose to provide when you contact us through the “Talk to us” form: your work email address, company name, and the type of regulated entity you select. We also collect limited technical information automatically through our hosting provider’s standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operational purposes.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and arrange a conversation about Axxon. We use server-log data to operate, secure, and improve the site. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate this site and respond to you — currently our email delivery provider (Resend) and our hosting provider (Vercel). These providers process data on our behalf and may store it in Canada or other jurisdictions, including the United States and the European Union. We require them to protect your information.

Retention

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterward for our records, then delete it.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, contact us at privacy@axxon.app.
